Darrell Rubens brings 25 years of retail real estate experience specializing in both landlord and tenant representation.
Prior to joining Newmark and RKF as Senior Managing Director, Rubens was a partner at Winick Realty Group and served as executive vice president of the firm, where he played a key role as both a broker and manager. While there, Rubens was instrumental in helping transform the Wall Street retail corridor with the successful leasing of Equinox Fitness, Tend Dental, Canali, Thomas Pink, Haru, TJ Maxx, Starbucks, Sweetgreen, Tumi, UPS, USPS.
In recent years, he has represented many of Manhattan’s most prominent entrepreneurial and institutional owners, including LeFrak, Rockpoint Group, ABS, Angelo Gordon, Capstone Equities, The Carlyle Group, Green Oak, Himmel + Meringoff Properties, Madison Capital, Silverstein Properties, SL Green and others.
